Uluntha vadai.... Making a delicious traditional all time favorite evening snack is always an awesome feel.

I didn't gave special effort for making the dough for these vadai... when i planned to grind the idly flour... I soaked litrle extra urad Dal (i used to soak extra than the ratio my mom taught me... just to get sodt and fluffy idlys) i grind the urad Dal in a thick consistency (little thicker than usual) and the grinding process should be happened in between 5 to 6 then only we can make this as evening snack. Then add some chopped small onions, green chilly, Cumin seeds, rice flour, Asafoetida and salt to the urad Dal dough. Mix it... make small balls put a wholein the mid of the ball and deep fry it in a well heated cooking oil. Yummy yummy uluntha vadai ready...
