First of many perfect getaways!
There are multiple opinions & arguments when it comes to giving back to your team.

On one side people who support material things or monetary appreciations instead of team trips, team lunch or outing, then the others (like ourselves) who takes time & efforts for our team to give them good experience than the tangibles.

The weekend Ooty trip was our first team trip, we had to plan within a short span of time, had to make sure every last travel check box is ticked, do all the plans & bookings after office hours, and so on... despite all these shortcomings, we were delighted to watch our team taking responsibilities & executing them without any friction.

Personally, I cherish spending quality time with my entire team, knowing them well, understanding their personalities. That's what we wish to accomplish in the end "to get everyone to know one another", to a decent extent we achieved it.

Thanks to the entire team for your involvement and incredible cooperation in making this trip a success. More to come for sure!
