Women entrepreneurship in India has been on the rise in recent years, with more and more women starting their own businesses and becoming successful entrepreneurs. This is a positive trend, as it not only empowers women but also contributes to the country's economic growth.
Women entrepreneurs bring more balance in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. They have proven to bring human emotions and more genuineness to build a healthy value system; to work with more financial discipline, to inspire more youngsters to join the entrepreneurial fraternity. They also strongly believe in inclusive growth & economic upliftment of the human resources / community and to involve more in social causes & philanthropic activities.
MSD is a great example of Women Entrepreneurship by taking giant strides in the competitive Diamond Jewelry business. MSD recognizes and understands the challenges faced by women venturing into entrepreneurship and becoming successful. MSD’s Jewels of Enterprise is an initiative to recognize such successful women entrepreneurs.
The primary focus of this initiative is to recognize 12 deserving and successful women entrepreneurs, every year, across various domains; and showcase one women entrepreneur every month in the YouTube channel of Jewels of Enterprise; wherein the entrepreneur will share their entrepreneurial journey & insights to their experiences / challenges / future plans through an interestingly and professionally curated interactive chat.
MSD will share these success stories across the entire women fraternity through all possible channels. MSD strongly believes that this will inspire several women who are on the brink of starting their own ventures and will enable them with wisdom / guidance thereby growing the new crop of women entrepreneurs.
MSD’s Jewels of Enterprise, will also create a healthy networking platform for women entrepreneurs over a period of time. This initiative will go a long way in strengthening the women entrepreneurs and will serve to be a game changer in the women entrepreneurial ecosystem.
