In case you missed it…
Chandhan and I received our NOA1 (Notice of action- USCIS receives our petition) on January 7, 2026.
This week he told me that they are now processing NOA2s (Transfers from USCIS to NVC) to be sent out to May applicants (us!)
He has a friend who applied at the same time as us and she has been sharing her tracking updates. So we are likely to see the next letter in the mail in a couple of weeks. This will be the step that shows us that the National Visa Center has received our case and after this we will be scheduling his interview at the US Embassy. Once he passes his interview and gets the visa in the mail he’ll be on a plane to me!!
So many other good things are happening. Chandhan welcomed a new member of the family. He’s using this time to connect with relatives and enjoy his family before he makes the biggest move of his life. I humbled by the sacrifice he is making and I’m doing whatever I can to plan for ways to keep all of our family connected.
I’ve been working as usual. Full-time content creation and creative strategy work for brands who need fresh ad creative. Building an agency. Learning the ropes. A little overwhelmed at times, but feeling so rewarded when I can deliver for my clients.
We were contacted by a casting director who may be connected to 90 Day fiancé. We had been scouted for a TV show last year and after going through an interview process, we just don’t feel reality TV is the right format for us to tell our story. We would, however love to share our story one day in any other format, such as podcasts, interviews, a movie, book…
On Tuesday, we celebrate two years together! Time is flying.
We are so excited for all that is coming. God is so good. ♥️
