1-Where is Bharath University?

The University is Located at Tambaram Chennai. The following is the complete address of our University:
Bharath University, 173, Agram road, Selayur, Chennai- 600073.

2-How do I reach Bharath University?

If by BUS (Directions From Coyembedu)
Reach Coyembedu ( Pronounced as Ko- yem- bedu, the bus terminus in chennai )

Take a bus that should reach "Tambaram". *( Ask someone for assistance.There are a good number of buses,rather Many running from everywhere to everywhere)*

Reach Tambaram and then take an auto to reach the College.
If by TRAIN (Directions From Chennai Central)
Get tickets for "Tambaram" station in electric train from central station.
Get down at "Tambaram" station. ( walk towards east Tambaram. * ( Ask someone for assistance )* )
Once you reach East "Tambaram" , take an auto to reach the college.(share auto charge 20 bucks probably)

***The Technical Events :

Paper Presentation:

article should be submitted to the gmail Id of the event on 25th march.
letter of acceptance will be mailed to the participants mail Id on 28th March.
selected participants are expected to come for the event with a soft copy of the ppt and a hard copy as well.
Registration Fees : Rs. 150/-

Battle of Minds (Quiz):

each team should consist of two members
topics: General Knowledge, technology, current affairs.
Registration Fees : Rs. 50/- per team.

Code Debugging:

individual participation
Questions will be based on C, C++
Each member is allowed to participate only once.
There will be prelims and finals.
Judge's decision is final.

Circuit Tree(circuit designing):

individual participation
circuit diagrams will be provided on spot
time duration for connection is 15 mins.
each member is allowed to participate only once.
Registration Fees : Rs. 30/- per head.

***The non-technical events :

The Blushing Brush(face painting):

each team should consist of two members.
participants are expected to bring their own paints.
artificial stickers and accessories not allowed.
glitters are allowed.
theme- Halloween
Registration Fees :Rs. 50/- per team

Photography :

on-spot photography , topics will be given on spot
photographs would be allowed to be taken within the the college premises only.
Registration Fees : Rs.100/- per head

AdZap:

per team should consist of 4 members.
max duration for the performance is 10 mins
topics to be announced on-spot

GameDrome :

List of all the games available in the event:

·Counter Strike 1.6
There will be prelims and finals; based upon the number of registrations.
Each member can take up the contest only once.
Individual Participants,ie., there will be no group/ team participation

Short Films:

youtube urls are to be submitted to the gmail ID
Or personally submitted in a CD-Rom in Bharath University to the concerned In-Charge of the event(see contacts) with your email Id written on CD.
Selected short films will be contacted and called on the day of the event.
Registration Fees - Rs. 200/-

Culturals :

Ramp Walk, solo and duet singing, group dance, solo dance, bands are allowed.
one can use maximum of one intrument for solo singing to accompany.
The track for dance performances should be brought by the participants themselves in any device.
Ramp Walk theme : ethnic and folk
Registration Fees : Rs.50 /- per head
Regitration Fees : solo- Rs 100 duet group- Rs.200.
