Today I show you how to make a manual winch. This homemade winch is a manual operated winch. This diy winch is very powerful. This diy manual winch is very simple to make at home. This diy winch lift is very cheap to make. I used scrap metals to make this diy winch. This homemade manual winch is very small and compact in size. Also this diy winch is less weight so this homemade winch can be very easily portable from one place to another place without any effort. This homemade winch machine is used to lift heavy weight. Car, truck can also be pulled by using this diy winch machine. This homemade manual winch can also be used for heavy duty applications. I used sprockets and chains to increase the torque for this diy winch. This high torque is used to lift very heavy weight with very low manual effort. I made a ratchet mechanism for this homemade winch. This diy homemade ratchet mechanism prevents the load from moving in opposite direction while lifting or pulling the load with this diy homemade winch machine. Today I show you how to make a simple shredder machine using drill machine. This homemade Shredder machine has sixteen cutting blades. I welded these sixteen blades to a 35mm shaft to make the shredder machine mechanism. This diy shredder machine is also called as diy plastic shredder machine. This homemade shredder blades is rotated by the drill machine through the chain and gear drive. I step down the drill machine speed by using the sprockets and chain, then after also I step down the speed by using the worm wheel and worm shaft. Stepping down the drill machine speed by the above mentioned two methods increases the torque very high for this homemade shredder. This high torque is used to crush the plastics in this diy plastic shredder machine. This homemade shredder machine cuts the plastic into small plastic pieces very fastly. Plastic, wood, rubber can be cut with this diy shredder machine. This homemade shredder machine can also be used as a diy homemade wood chipper machine.
