Every week, we see the same brief:
→ 20+ years of experience
→ Must have worked at a Big 4 or Fortune 500
→ IIT/IIM preferred
→ Industry-specific background mandatory
→ Currently in a similar role
→ Willing to relocate immediately

Then the same complaint:
"Why can't we find anyone?"
