Valkmusa National Park (pr-trip/mainos with KotkaHamina | Official Page and Pyhtään Kunta) is a wonderful place located in Pyhtää, Finland, approximately 120 kilometres and a 1,5-hour drive from Helsinki. 🌿
Valkmusa will be hosting Hiljaa Fest (Quietchella) from 10 to 31 October. The festival invites visitors to slow down, listen to birdsong and admire the plants that thrive in the mire landscape. Find out more at www.hiljaafest.fi.
Valkmusa National Park offered magnificent views that reminded me of Lapland and prairie — even though I have visited neither. This unique wetland area is known for its vast open landscapes and diverse birdlife. You may hear cranes and black grouse and discover plants such as sphagnum moss and wild rosemary.
