IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT

We are looking to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager at Dreamfx, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
To ensure success as a Sales And Marketing Specialist, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Telemarketing Executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.
Preference: Female candidates are preferred.
Work Timings: 10.00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Salary Range: 1,08,000 - 1,70,000 per annum.
Other Payouts: Variable Pay + Additional Incentives.
Responsibilities:
• Takes incoming customer calls, processes sales, and accepts payment for products and services
• Makes outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
• Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
• Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
• Monitors order status to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner
• May specialize in inbound or outbound telemarketing or in sales for a particular industry

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Should have good creativity and able to visualize the concepts.
• Ability to create a variety of production quality artwork with experience in design and animation.
• Create beautiful characters, assets, environments and animation to be rolled out into game and game characters.
• Need to be self-motivated team player with creativity and imagination.

Requirements
• 2+ years of design experience or relevant experience in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how you arrived at them.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Knowledge in 2D animation will be an added advantage.
