MONSOON WATCH: ON THE MARINA SHORE LOADS OF WASTE
The past 24 hours, as water levels in the lakes/ reservoirs like in Chembarabakkam rise rapidly, part of it has allowed to flow out. The heavy flow of water let out into the Adyar river is sweeping down all sorts of vegetation and waste which, partly gets washed up on shore of the beachside in Srinivasapauram, land's end located off Pattinapakkam.
