Somewhere between the noise, laughter, arguments over rules, and people diving to save a stone… teams stopped being departments for a while.
What started as a simple 7 Stones game turned into something bigger: people cheering for each other, leaders playing alongside, and everyone going back a little lighter than before.
And somewhere in between, that childish, unfiltered version of everyone came out to play. This is one of a kind you need in a creative industry. The kind that sees things differently, breaks the rules a little, and reminds you of your inner child 🎨.
In fast-moving creative environments, moments like these matter more than we realise.
Not because they make a company look good. But because it is a little reminder that people's work is built by a team, before pipelines, timelines, and deliveries.
A small game. A loud evening. A very real team moment💛
