The HR Department has been an utter disappointment. Not a single response to my Call Or Texts & also at by any chance they pick the call they are act like they don’t know anything about it seeking an explanation, but it seems like they're too busy to even acknowledge my concerns. & How can a company be so careless and unresponsive when it comes to something as crucial as employees' Issue?! I UNDERSTAND THERE that there’s a rule about the company terms & conditions that if u are absent 1 to till 10th any of month then you’re salary will be hold yes under if there’s anyone having a medical issue or something & they infrom there’s Team leader. What about this well okay that’s also understandable the good salary will be released on 21th without absence. Okay that’s also we do & On 23rd I was in office & The Sr HR Sir told that on the 27th March everyone salary will be released still now it’s 23:45 I didn’t get my salary…
It's MY hard-earned money, and I won't stand for this injustice! It's not just about the financial loss; it's about the complete disregard for their employees' well-being. & If you're considering joining DIGITECH CALL SYSTEM, think twice! They've proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly unconcerned about their employees' financial security.
