Hunter x Hunter," Gon Freecss and Killua Zoldyck were both young lad who took the hunter examination.
They were both 12 years old.
However, At the beginning of Greed Island arc,Gon and Killua were between 12and 13years old since they did not show or tell the exact age of the boys they were assumed to be 12 at the beginning and 13 when greed island arc ended.
When the Chimera Ant arc begun Gon and Kil were 13-14 years old.

*ANIME ADAPTATION *
The animators have done an outstanding job bringing the manga to life! Despite being on hiatus since 2014, the anime has been revived, with new OVAs and a film released since 2018. With the manga still ongoing, we can expect more Hunter x Hunter content in the future! But we hope they animate the series.
