60gm soya chunks = 30gm protein
200gm chicken (boneless) = 60gm protein
200gm fish = 50gm protein
200gm panner = 36 gm protein
5 whole egg = 25 gm protein
100gm daal = 8gm

100gm oats = 70gm carbs
1 banana = 30gm carbs

Bulking krne ke kiye aapko

Aapka body weight X 7 = carbs inatke

Example agar aapka weight 50 hai toh 50 x 7 =350 gm aapko carbs complete krne hai

Aapka body weight X 1.5 gm = protein

Example aapka weight 50 gm hai toh 50 x 1.5 = 75 gm aapko protein complete krna hai
