For the first time in 58 years, India has won a Test match in Birmingham. The Indian cricket team defeated England by 336 runs in the second Test match played at Edgbaston Ground in Birmingham. With this, the five-match series has been tied at 1-1. England, chasing a target of 608 runs, was all out for 271 runs on the last day of the match. This is India's biggest victory in terms of runs on English soil. The previous record was of victory by 279 runs. India had defeated the British by this margin in Leeds in 1986. Also, India has achieved its first victory in Birmingham in 58 years. Earlier, out of the 8 Tests played here, India had lost 7 and 1 match was drawn. Congratulations are in order. ♥️
