Main pipette se chemical handling kar raha tha. Achanak kuch boondein haath par gir gayin. Uss time mujhe laga ki shayad yeh HCl hai, kyunki halki jalan turant mehsoos hone lagi. Maine jaldi se haath wash kiya, lekin kuch time baad uss jagah par ek phoka (blister) ban gaya.
​Maine socha ki matter bas HCl exposure ka hai aur dheere-dheere theek ho jayega.
​Lekin asli shock toh tab mila jab woh blister phoota…
Aur usi jagah phir se ek boond aakar lag gayi.
​Iss baar sensation alag thi — jalan zyada tez, irritation alag, aur tabhi dhyaan se check karne par samajh aaya ki yeh HCl nahi, balki acetic acid tha.
​Uss pal ehsaas hua ki lab mein chemical pehchaan ki ek chhoti si confusion bhi kitni badi pareshani ban sakti hai.
​Haath mein dard tha, skin kharab ho gayi, lekin is incident ne ek bahut bada lesson de diya:
​Kabhi bhi kisi chemical ko assume mat karo. Label check karo, container verify karo, aur PPE ke bina handling mat karo.
​Lab mein experience har din kuch naya sikhata hai.
Aaj ka lesson painful tha, lekin yaadgaar bhi.
