🌟 Grand Conclusion of the 12th Darbhanga International Film Festival 2025 🎬✨ 🌟

The 12th Darbhanga International Film Festival (Darbhanga IFF) came to a spectacular close today (9th Feb 2025) at Delhi World Public School, Darbhanga, marking yet another milestone in the region’s cinematic journey! The grand closing ceremony was graced by Bollywood actor Mr. Yashpal Sharma, Chairman of Darbhanga Film Club Mr. Meraj Siddiqui, Chairperson of DWPS Dr. Fatima Rashid Shaikh, former MLA Mr. Faraz Fatmi, and Principal Mr. Rajiv Ranjan, who inaugurated the event with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony.

🎥 Three Days of Cinematic Brilliance!
The festival featured an incredible screening of 45 films from India and abroad, engaging film lovers with powerful storytelling and diverse narratives. The closing film, "Dada Lakhmi", directed by the renowned Mr. Yashpal Sharma, was met with immense appreciation from the audience!

🏆 Awards, Red Carpet & Bollywood Presence!
The prestigious Darbhanga IFF Awards Night witnessed 65 awards being presented across various categories, honoring the best in independent cinema. A glamorous Red Carpet Session saw Mr. Yashpal Sharma interacting with the audience, sharing his experiences, and capturing special moments with the people of Darbhanga!

🎭 Empowering Young Minds!
The festival featured Youth Cultural Presentations "Darbhanga Yuva Sanskritik Prastuti", where students from different schools showcased their talents through performances inspired by cinema. The Cinema Quiz Competition engaged students in an exciting learning experience, deepening their understanding of filmmaking. The enthusiastic participation from students and parents added a vibrant and youthful energy to the festival, making it truly special and inspiring!

Organized by Darbhanga Film Club, the festival continues to establish Darbhanga as an emerging center for cinema, storytelling, and independent filmmaking. With each edition, Darbhanga IFF strengthens its mission to bring global cinema to Bihar while giving local talent an international platform!
