Leader of the Year Award 2026 at .in 🥹♥️

Why did it make me so happy? 😊
Well, it’s not just an award. It was one of the biggest decisions of my life—to switch industries, from radio to a digital advertising agency, to learn and grow. I had no idea how I was going to make it, but I knew I wanted to give it my all.

There were highs and lows, but one thing was constant—I couldn’t give up, because that’s not what my mom taught me.
Whatever I am and whatever I will be is because of my mom and my family 🤗

They say an empire isn’t built in a day. It was a risk to hire someone from a completely different industry and trust them to lead a team in an agency.
Thank you for seeing something in me.

I couldn’t have done it without your mentorship, guidance, and the time you invested in me. Truly grateful to have a mentor like you , and someone who constantly pushed me to work harder, focus on details, and never give up— 🙏🏻😇
