Why is Singara triangular?

Haluikar of Rajbari sought permission to send sweets to the royal court as Thanda Luchi was repeatedly sent back. On the advice of the royal physician, the diabetic king became furious and ordered Haluikar to be crucified. Haluikar has saved his life by begging many times. The king ordered Haluikar to leave the country within three nights.
On the second night, Haluikar's wife decided to meet the king once before leaving the country. Similarly, on the morning of the third day, he came to the royal court and bowed to Rajamshai himself. When asked the reason for coming to the royal court, he informed the king that he could make luchi curry in such a way that the king would get hot even after playing for half an hour. It is customary to eat such luchi and curry except for a while.
The skeptical king was a little curious and sent Haluikar's wife to the kitchen. He informed that when the news comes from Rajsabha, he wants to get food from Pakshal immediately. Haluikar's wife smiled softly and told the maharaja that the food would reach the royal court immediately, but please wait for a while and eat - otherwise His Majesty's royal tongue might burn. Haluikar's wife went to the kitchen with a smile in front of the surprised Maharaja.
Raj-pachak is making potato curry and standing in the kitchen, shivering. There is flour in front of the hand. Haluikar's wife sneered at the cook and sat down with the flour. Cut the lentils into sand, fill the raw flour with ordinary curry made for lentils, make an equilateral triangle and start the fascinating story in front of the eighty-five royal cooks.
As soon as the royal decree came, he threw ten triangular luchi flour filled with curry into a pan filled with boiling ghee, picked up the golden triangles in a blink of an eye and arranged them in a golden bowl and went to the royal court himself.
Maharaj was amazed to see such a strange sight of food. Haluikar's wife said very politely - the name of the food is sambhuja. Maharaja should take a bite without putting the whole object in his mouth - cold or hot and please tell the taste.
Maharaj did not taste. He opened the three-colored pearl necklace and gave it to Haluikar's wife. Haluikar of Rajbari withdrew his sentence. After about six months, the Maharaja laughed and all the people got peace.
Maharaja Krishnachandra. In 1817, Singara discovered the earth-goddess, the wife of Giridhari Haluikar, the sixth son of Guninath Haluikar from Kalinga, present day Orissa, Raj-Haluikar, the royal court of King Krishnachandra of Krishnanagar.
Shakta Sadhak, later Ramprasad, the poet of Maharaja Krishnachandra, used to sit in the evening with a bowl of Singara. On the evening of Dolpurnima, twenty-two decorated elephants were taken from the court of Maharaja Krishnachandra to Umichand - twenty-two Singaras filled with twenty-two gold bowls.
