*Eligibility Criteria:*
*Route A: Education + Experience*
✅ *Qualification*: Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering / ECE / Electronics
✅ *Experience*: Minimum *15 Years* in Railway Electrification / Transmission lines / Rolling Stock
✅ *Must Have*: Minimum *8 Years* in Railway Electrification Projects *AND* worked as Resident Engineer / Sr. Engineer for *3 Years*
*OR*
*Route B: Govt/PSU Grade Experience*
✅ *Experience*: At least *5 Years* in *Jr. Scale & above* in Electrical Engineering Department in:
Indian Railways / RITES / IRCON / RVNL / Konkan Railway / MRVC / DFCCIL / any JVs/SPVs with Ministry of Railways / any Metro Rail Corporation

*Note*: Experience will be considered after graduate degree.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Site supervision of Railway Electrification / OHE / TSS / PSI works
- Quality & safety compliance at project sites
- Coordination with Railways, Contractors & Client
- Testing, commissioning & documentation

Use of Empanelled Geotechnical Investigation and Testing Agencies for NHAI Projects across India-reg

As per clause 4.2 of Terms of Reference of the Standard DPR RFP issued NHAI policy circular no. 11.85/2026 dated 17.02.2026, it has been stipulated that all the geotechnical investigations and testing for preparation of the DPR are to be done through the empanelled agencies of NHAI only.

2. Accordingly, in continuation of HQ OM dated 06.05.2025 NHAI HQ has empanelled some geotechnical investigation and testing agencies for Normal Highway Projects, Hill/ Mountainous Projects and Tunnel Projects:
