Schezwan chutney recipe || Market vs homemade schezwan chutney
Ingredients
Kashmiri chilli dried - 100g
Red chilli Teza dried - 100g
Water as needed
Oil - 3tbsp
Garlic chopped - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tbsp
Small onion chopped
Coriander stems chopped - 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tbsp
