Industrial Visit – Learning Beyond Classroom 🎙️📻📺

As a follow-up to our previous reel, here are some glimpses from the industrial visit held on 21st November 2025 for our Radio Jockey trainees (Locomotor Divyangjan & Visually Impaired Divyangjan) of 91.2 NIVH Hello Doon, NIEPVD Dehradun.

The trainees visited Akashwani Dehradun📻🎙️🎧 and Doordarshan Kendra Dehradun📺🎥, where they learned about real-time broadcasting, studio operations, programme production, work culture, and the technicalities involved in radio 📻and TV📺 communication.
The visit provided valuable exposure to the roles and responsibilities of an RJ and strengthened their understanding of professional broadcast environments.

Overall, it was an enriching and inspiring learning experience for all!

Day 2 of the Empowering Online Workshop 🌟
A day filled with motivation, learning, and confidence! 💫

Under the guidance of Dr. Vanndana Vaadera, PwD students/trainees from NIEPVD, Dehradun — discovered the power of their voice, expression, and self-belief.🎤💖

Through sessions on voice modulation, public speaking, and confidence building, participants learned that true strength lies not in what we see — but in what we believe about ourselves.
