IndiGo has rolled out a special ₹10,000 travel voucher for passengers who were severely affected during the airline’s operational disruption from December 3–5.
These vouchers can be used for any IndiGo flight for the next 12 months.
In addition to the mandatory compensation under DGCA rules, the airline will also offer ₹5,000–₹10,000 extra (based on flight block time) to passengers whose flights were cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
Who is Eligible?
Passengers stranded for many hours at airports on Dec 3, 4, or 5
Flyers who faced severe congestion or long delays
Passengers whose flights were cancelled within 24 hours of departure
IndiGo says this step is aimed at supporting travellers who had a particularly tough experience during the disruption.
