The role of the Business Advisor
While a large number of business owners want to do digital advertising, they don’t know how to do it. This is where Adfirst Business Advisors (BAs) step in. Our BAs enable these businesses go digital and reach their customers reach their target customers.
At Adfirst, Business Advisors would connect with small businesses and sell our digital marketing products to businesses, social organisations and other possible clients. The Business Advisor would visit business establishments, present the value proposition offered by the company and onboard them.
We would provide basic training on our tools and social media management, which would enable them to work closely with clients and build a long-term relationship.
The Business Advisor position is commission driven and a small support is provided for every sales call made.

Desired profile of the candidates:
We are looking for hardworking women and men, preferably Graduates with any stream. A diploma in marketing would be considered a plus. We would be willing to consider undergraduates only if they are extremely driven to prove themselves by working hard in the field.
Terms of Association:
Adfirst Business Advisors would be working purely on a commission basis and the commercial terms would be laid out clearly during the training carried out by the team. The candidates would not be required to make any cash deposits of any kind and legal action would be taken against anyone claiming to do so on behalf of the company.
