गीताप्रेस, गोरखपुर का संक्षिप्त परिचय

'गीताप्रेस' के संस्थापक ब्रह्मलीन परम श्रद्धेय श्री जयदयालजी गोयन्दका [सेठजी] का जीवनव्रत था - गीता प्रचार। उनकी मंगल अभिलाषा थी कि गीता से जो प्रकाश उनको मिला है वह मानवमात्र को मिले। इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए 'गीताप्रेस' की स्थापना विक्र्म संवत 1980 [सन् 1923 ई0] के मई महीने में हुई। गोबिन्दभवन कार्यालय, कोलकाता के नाम से सोसाइटी पंजीयन अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत पंजीकृत गीताप्रेस आरम्भ से ही एक धार्मिक संस्था के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित रही है।

इस का संचालन संस्था के टृस्ट-बोर्ड के नियन्त्रण में होता है। गीताप्रेस का मुख्य कार्य सस्ते-से-सस्ते मूल्य पर सत्साहित्य का प्रचार और प्रसार करना है। पुस्तकों के मूल्य प्रायः लागत से कम रख्रे जाते हैं, परन्तु इसके लिये यह संस्था किसी प्रकार के चन्दे या आर्थिक सहायता की याचना नहीं करती।

Tele-Law means the use of communications and information technology for the delivery of legal information and advice. This e-interaction between lawyers and people would be through the video-conferencing infrastructure available at the CSCs.

The concept of Tele-Law is to facilitate delivery of legal advice through a panel of lawyers stationed at the state Legal Services Authorities (SALSA) and CSC. The project initiates to connect citizens with lawyers through video conferencing facilities by the Para-Legal Volunteers stationed at identified 1,00,000 panchayat.

1 Dowry, family dispute, divorce, protection from domestic violence.

2 Sexual harassment, sexual abuse, eve teasing at the workplace.
Maintenance of women children and senior citizens.

3 Rights regarding property and land.

4 Equal wages for males and females.

5 Maternity benefits and prevention of foeticide.

6 Prohibition of child marriage, protection of children from sexual assault, prevention of child labour and implementing right to education.

7 Arrest – (F.I.R)/ process of registering the First Information Report.
Atrocities against scheduled castes/ scheduled tribes and their rehabilitation.

भारत शासन द्वारा केन्‍द्रीय वित्‍त बजट 2018 में #आयुष्‍मान_भारत की घोषणा की गई है, जिसके दो मुख्‍य स्‍तंभ हैं, देश में एक लाख हेल्‍थ एण्‍ड वेलनेस सेंटर्स स्‍थापित करना एवं 10 करोड़ परिवारों को रूपये 5.00 लाख प्रतिवर्ष के स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य बीमा कवच से जोड़ना ।

(AB) is an attempt to move from a selective approach to health care to deliver comprehensive range of services spanning preventive, promotive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative care. It has two components which are complementary to each other. Under its first component, 1,50,000 Health & Wellness Centres (HWCs) will be created to deliver Comprehensive Primary , that is universal and free to users, with a focus on wellness and the delivery of an expanded range of services closer to the community. The second component is the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) which provides health insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs per year to over 10 crore poor and vulnerable families for seeking secondary and tertiary care.

HWC are envisaged to deliver expanded range services that go beyond Maternal and child health care services to include care for non -communicable diseases, palliative and rehabilitative care, Oral, Eye and ENT care, mental health and first level care for emergencies and trauma , including free essential drugs and diagnostic services.
