🪔 Follow this 5-step ritual to detox, cleanse, and glow — the sattvic way.✨✨
Step 1 – Cleanse Naturally🌿
Let’s begin by removing impurities — gently.
🥣 Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
• 1 tsp raw milk
• A pinch of turmeric
💧 How to Use:
Mix into a paste and massage softly on damp skin. Rinse.
