30 अफसरों को किम जोंग ने सुनाई फांसी की सजा!

बाढ़ और लैंडस्लाइड के हालात को संभालने में नाकाम रहने के कारण 30 अफसरों को मौत की सजा सुनाई गयी।

तानाशाह के आदेश के तुरंत बाद पर इन सभी अधिकारियों को फांसी दे दी गई।

एक साथ 30 अफसरों को दे दी गयी फांसी, कोरिया में बाढ़ से कम से कम 15,000 से ज्यादा लोग बेघर हो गए।

Ladakh: Seven soldiers of Indian Army were killed in an accident near Turtuk of Leh District.

Accident occurred when 26 soldiers were moving from Partapur Transit Camp to a forward location in Sub Sector Hanif in Turtuk Sector 9 am this morning. Vehicle skid off from the road and fell in Shyok river.

The injured were admitted to army's Siachen Hospital. Fire and Fury Corp Commander Lt Gen Anandya Sengupta visited Siachan Hospital.

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने घोषणा की कि सरकार पेट्रोल पर केंद्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क में 8 रुपये प्रति लीटर और डीजल पर 6 रुपये प्रति लीटर की कमी कर रही है। उन्होंने ट्वीट्स की एक श्रृंखला में कहा कि इससे पेट्रोल की कीमत 9.5 रुपये प्रति लीटर और डीजल की कीमत 7 रुपये प्रति लीटर कम हो जाएगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि इससे सरकार पर प्रति वर्ष लगभग 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व प्रभाव पड़ेगा। वित्त मंत्री ने सभी राज्य सरकारों, विशेषकर उन राज्यों को, जहां पिछले साल नवंबर में अंतिम दौर के दौरान कटौती नहीं की गई थी, भी इसी तरह की कटौती लागू करने और आम आदमी को राहत देने का आह्वान किया।

उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि इस वर्ष, सरकार प्रधान मंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना के 9 करोड़ से अधिक लाभार्थियों को 12 सिलेंडर तक प्रति गैस सिलेंडर 200 रुपये की सब्सिडी देगी। इससे सालाना करीब 6100 करोड़ रुपये का राजस्व प्रभावित होगा। सरकार उन प्लास्टिक उत्पादों के लिए कच्चे माल और बिचौलियों पर सीमा शुल्क भी कम कर रही है जहां देश की आयात निर्भरता अधिक है। इससे अंतिम उत्पादों की लागत में कमी आएगी।

सुश्री सीतारमण ने कहा कि इसी तरह, लौह और इस्पात के लिए कच्चे माल और बिचौलियों पर उनकी कीमतों को कम करने के लिए सीमा शुल्क को कैलिब्रेट किया जा रहा है। स्टील के कुछ कच्चे माल पर आयात शुल्क कम किया जाएगा।

कुछ स्टील उत्पादों पर निर्यात शुल्क लगाया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सीमेंट की उपलब्धता में सुधार और सीमेंट की लागत को कम करने के लिए बेहतर रसद के माध्यम से उपाय किए जा रहे हैं।

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार गरीबों के कल्याण के लिए समर्पित है और गरीबों और मध्यम वर्ग की मदद के लिए कई कदम उठाए हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि इन पहलों के परिणामस्वरूप, इस सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान औसत मुद्रास्फीति पिछली सरकारों की तुलना में कम रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुनिया आज मुश्किल दौर से गुजर रही है क्योंकि कोविड और यूक्रेन संघर्ष के कारण आपूर्ति श्रृंखला की समस्याएं और विभिन्न सामानों की कमी हो गई है। मंत्री ने कहा कि इससे कई देशों में मुद्रास्फीति और आर्थिक संकट पैदा हो गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि महामारी के दौरान भी, एनडीए सरकार ने कल्याण का एक प्रतिमान स्थापित किया, खासकर पीएम गरीब कल्याण अन्न योजना के साथ। उन्होंने कहा कि अब इसे दुनिया भर में स्वीकार और सराहा गया है। मंत्री ने कहा कि चुनौतीपूर्ण अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्थिति के बावजूद, सरकार ने सुनिश्चित किया है कि आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कोई कमी न हो। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ विकसित देश भी कुछ कमी और व्यवधानों से नहीं बच सके। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है कि आवश्यक वस्तुओं की कीमतों को नियंत्रण में रखा जाए।

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that government is reducing the Central excise duty on Petrol by 8 rupees per litre and on Diesel by 6 rupees per litre. This will reduce the price of petrol by 9.5 rupees per litre and of Diesel by 7 rupees per litre she said in a series of tweets.

She said it will have revenue implication of around 1 lakh crore rupees per year for the government. The Finance Minister exhorted all state governments, especially the states where reduction was not done during the last round in November last year, to also implement a similar cut and give relief to the common man.

She also announced that this year, government will give a subsidy of 200 rupees per gas cylinder upto 12 cylinders to over 9 crore beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. This will have a revenue implication of around 6100 crore rupees a year. Government is also reducing the customs duty on raw materials and intermediaries for plastic products where country's import dependence is high. This will result in reduction of cost of final products.

Ms Sitharaman said similarly, customs duty is being calibrated on raw materials and intermediaries for iron and steel to reduce their prices. Import duty on some raw materials of steel will be reduced.

Export duty on some steel products will be levied. She said measures are being taken up to improve the availability of Cement and through better logistics to reduce the cost of cement.

The Finance Minister said that Narendra Modi government is devoted to the welfare of the poor and has taken a number of steps to help the poor and middle class. She said that as a result of these initiatives, the average inflation during this government's tenure has remained lower than during previous governments. She said the world is passing through difficult times today due to Covid and Ukraine conflict have brought in supply chain problems and shortages of various goods. The Minister pointed out that this has resulted in inflation and economic distress in a lot of countries.

She said even during the pandemic, NDA government set a paradigm of welfare, especially with PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. She added that this is now acknowledged and appreciated the world over. The Minister asserted that despite the challenging international situation, government has ensured that there is no shortage of essential goods. She said even a few developed countries could not escape some shortages and disruptions. She stressed that Narendra Modi government is committed to ensure that prices of essential items are kept under control.

Despite rising fertilizer prices globally, the Minister highlighted that the government has protected farmers from such price hikes. In addition to the fertilizer subsidy of 1.05 lakh crore rupees in the budget, an additional amount of 1.10 lakh crore rupees is being provided to further cushion country's farmers. Ms Sitharaman stated that Prime Minister Modi has specifically asked all arms of the government to work with sensitivity and give relief to the common man.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that retail investors have invested confidence in the market of the country and investment cannot be gauged just by looking at foreign institutional investors and foreign portfolio investment.

While Replying in Lok Sabha during question hour today, Nirmala Sitharaman said that country was the highest receiver of foreign direct investment before covid and money coming through foreign direct investment is being invested today in India.

In question hour, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor raised the issue of withdrawal of investment by FIIs and FPIs in the recent months. Finance minister said that investment by such investors depends on interest rates also and they can be tempted. She said that the retail investors have proved their importance and invested confidence in the market of the country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the 5th BIMSTEC Summit on 30th of this month.

The Summit Meeting, which is being held in a virtual mode, will be hosted by Sri Lanka which is the current BIMSTEC chair. Ministry fo External Affairs in a statement said that to prepare for the Summit, meetings of BIMSTEC Senior Officials will take place on 28th March followed by meetings of the BIMSTEC Foreign Ministers on 29th of March, 2022.

The Covid pandemic related challenges, and the uncertainties within the international system that all BIMSTEC members are facing, imparts greater urgency to the goal of taking BIMSTEC technical and economic cooperation to the next level.

The Ministry said that this is expected to be the main subject of deliberations by Leaders at the Summit.The Leaders are also expected to discuss the establishment of basic institutional structures and mechanisms of the group.

The Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) is a regional organisation. Established in 1997, it comprises seven member states- India Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and Thailand lying in the littoral and adjacent areas of the Bay of Bengal.

*कोरोना के फिर से बढ़ते केस बच्चों के लिए खतरा, स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने किया आगाह*

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने आज शुक्रवार को देश के कई जिलों में कोविड-19 मामलों में वृद्धि पर चिंता जताई और आगाह किया कि बच्चे भी संक्रमण के मामले में अतिसंवेदनशील हो सकते हैं.

देश में कोरोना की स्थिति पर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव लव अग्रवाल ने जोर देकर कहा कि बच्चों को वायरस से बचाने के लिए उचित प्लानिंग की जरुरत है.

देश के उन जिलों के बारे में बात करते हुए जहां अभी भी 10 फीसदी से अधिक की पॉजिटिविटी रेट दर्ज हो रहे हैं, स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने आगाह किया कि महामारी खत्म नहीं हुई है.

मास्क का इस्तेमाल में गिरावट

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने यह भी कहा कि हाल के दिनों में मास्क का इस्तेमाल में खासी गिरावट आई है।
केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव लव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि आंकड़े बताते हैं कि गतिविधियों को फिर से शुरू करने के बाद फेस मास्क के उपयोग में खासी गिरावट आई है. हमें फेस मास्क के उपयोग को सामान्य प्रक्रिया के रूप में शामिल करना चाहिए.

लव अग्रवाल ने कहा कि देश में अभी दूसरी लहर खत्म नहीं हुई है और लोगों से कोविड उपयुक्त व्यवहार का पालन करने को कहा. उन्होंने राज्य सरकारों से कोरोना वायरस की संभावित तीसरी लहर की तैयारी के लिए स्वास्थ्य बुनियादी ढांचे को उन्नत करने का भी आग्रह किया.

इस बीच, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज शुक्रवार को देश के 6 राज्यों में कोविड-19 स्थिति पर तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश, कर्नाटक, ओडिशा, महाराष्ट्र और केरल के मुख्यमंत्रियों के साथ बैठक की. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने बताया कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में उपरोक्त 6 राज्यों से करीब 80 प्रतिशत नए मामले सामने आए हैं. पीएम ने राज्य सरकारों से महामारी की संभावित तीसरी लहर को रोकने के लिए सक्रिय कदम उठाने को कहा.

पीएम मोदी ने राज्यों से महामारी को नियंत्रण में रखने के लिए 'टेस्ट-ट्रैक-ट्रीट-टीकाकरण' (Test-Track-Treat-Vaccinate) दृष्टिकोण पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने को कहा.

राज्य में अब सरकारी सहायता से अरवा चावल के मिल नहीं लगेंगी। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने जन वितरण दुकानों में उसना चावल देने को स्वास्थ्य के लिहाज से बेहतर माना तो सहकारिता विभाग ने उसना चावल मिलों पर ही काम करना शुरू कर दिया है। विभाग नये मिलों की डीपीआर तो बनाएगा ही साथ में पुराने अरवा चावल मिलों को उसना में बदलने की लागत का भी आकलन करेगा। लागत अनुमान के अनुसार हुआ तो नयी मिलों के साथ पुरानी का भी उसना में बदलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू होगी।

सहकारिता विभाग ने उसना चावल मिल की डीपीआर बनाने के लिए एजेंसी से बात कर ली है। जल्द ही डीपीआर का काम पूरा हो जाएगा। मिलों के लिए डीपीआर बनाकर विभाग कैबिनेट की मंजूरी लेगा। उसके बाद सहकारी संस्थाओं से मिल के लिए आवेदन मांगे जाएंगे। उसना चावल मिल की लागत अधिक होगी। लिहाजा विभाग इसपर अनुदान बढ़ाने पर भी विचार करने का आग्रह सरकार से कर सकता है। दो टन क्षमता वाली अरवा चावल मिलों की डीपीआर के अनुसार लागत 59 लाख 45 हजार है। इस पर सरकार 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान देती है। लेकिन उसना चावल मिलों में धान सुखाने के लिए जमीन की अधिक जरूरत होगी। लिहाजा इसकी लागत बढ़ जाएगी। राज्य सरकार अगर जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों में उसना चावल देना शुरू करेगी तो पैक्सों में अरवा मिल की जरूरत नहीं रह जाएगी। पैक्सों में सरकारी स्तर पर खरीदे गये धान की कुटाई होती है और वही चावल पीडीएस दुकानों में जाता है।
राज्य सरकार ने पहले कृषि रोडमैप में 2017 तक पैक्सों में 350 चावल मिल लगाने का लक्ष्य तय किया था। इस लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध सहकारिता विभाग ने 345 चावल मिलों का निर्माण तय समय में कर लिया था। इसके बाद दूसरे कृषि रोड मैप में 2022 तक अलग से 260 चावल मिला लगाने का लक्ष्य है। इसमें भी काफी मिल लग गये हैं। अभी लगभग 437 चावल मिल तैयार हैं। लेकिन अब नई व्यवस्था में मिलें बदल जाएंगी। पहले रोडमैप में एक टन प्रति घंटा की क्षमता वाले चावल मिल का निर्माण किया गया था। ये सभी मिलें डीजल से चलने वाली हैं। लेकिन अब जो भी मिल बन रही हैं, उनकी क्षमता दो टन प्रति घंटा कर दी गई है। ये मिलें अब डीजल आधारित न होकर बिजली आधारित बनाई जा रही हैं। लिहाजा इनके संचालन में खर्चा भी कम आयेगा। मिलों के निर्माण के लिए पैक्सों को सिर्फ जमीन की व्यवस्था करनी होती है। नक्शा और मॉडल विभाग देता और तकनीकी सहायता के लिए इंजीनीयर की प्रतिनियुक्ति जिला प्रशासन करता है। अगर पैक्स के पास जमीन है तो ठीक वरना लीज पर भी जमीन ले सकते हैं। उसका किराया उन्हें ही अदा करना होगा।
