POV: You thought BTB was just another episode…
Plot twist: It became a whole comic!

Our young creators have turned the newsroom chaos, last-minute madness and finale feels into a comic-style teaser.

The final episode is coming soon…

For Media Shala alum from MRIS Mohali - Avneen Kaushal, one step led to a journey of creativity, confidence, and continuous learning.

From photography and videography to content creation, communication, and leadership - her time at Media Shala shaped who she is today, on screen and off.

Her story is a reminder that the right opportunities don’t just build skills - they build people.

We’re proud to see our students carry the Media Shala spirit forward. Congratulations, Avneen - here’s to the journey ahead!

Some people take pictures.
Some people notice things worth remembering.

Our winners reminded us that a great photograph begins with "how you see" - from a quiet moment at home, to a flicker of light, a bird in flight, a tiny ant holding a drop of water, and stories unfolding in everyday spaces.

Here are the photographers who made us pause, look a little closer, and see home differently:

Category 1 - Home Through My Lens:

Aarish Jain - MRIS Sec 46, Gurgaon
Arjun Pabalkar - MRIS Sec 46, Gurgaon
Prithvi Chauhan - MRIS Sec 46, Gurgaon

Category 2 — Lights at Home:

Tisya Srivastava - MRIS Sec 46, Gurgaon
Arayena Singh - MRIS Sec 14, Faridabad
Dhriti Minocha - MRIS Noida

Category 3 — The Heart of Home:

Sai Krishna - Parent
Pranay Kantal - Parent
Ramesh Maru - Parent

Congratulations to every winner, and to everyone who picked up a camera and chose to share a moment with us.

Captured. Created. Celebrated.

Are you independent?

Independence begins with the little things we learn to do on our own.
Through Media Shala, our students put their thoughts into their own words, sharing what independence means to them - from making choices to taking responsibility.

This Independence Day, we celebrate young voices, independent minds, and the freedom to express.

This Independence Day, team Media Shala takes us beyond the familiar names of India’s freedom struggle - into the stories of those whose courage shaped the nation from every corner of the country.

Rao Tula Ram in Haryana. The Chapekar brothers in Maharashtra. V.O. Chidambaram Pillai in Tamil Nadu. Baji Rout in Odisha. Tantya Bhil in Madhya Pradesh. Rani Gaidinliu in the Northeast. Freedom was never the achievement of a few - it was built through the courage, sacrifice, and conviction of countless people, many of whom history remembers only briefly.

Through their lens, our young creators bring these voices back into the conversation.

Because India’s freedom lives not only in the names we know, but in the forgotten stories that made it possible

Frame to Film: Episode 3 | Act 1: The Setup

Every story has a beginning - but what makes it work?
This episode breaks down Act 1: The Setup - introducing the hero, building the world and mood, surfacing the problem, and hitting that first major turning point.

Using examples from Bajrangi Bhaijaan, we explore how Act 1 hooks the audience from the very first frame.
Watch, learn, start building stronger stories.
