माननीय सभापति महोदय…

जिस तरह सिगरेट के पैकेट पर “Smoking kills” लिखा जाता है और pictorial warnings ने लाखों लोगों को सोचने पर मजबूर किया (अध्ययनों में ~37% लोगों ने quit करने के बारे में सोचा), उसी तरह हर chips packet, पानी की बोतल और gutka pouch पर साफ चेतावनी होनी चाहिए:

👉 “इसे केवल कूड़ेदान में ही फेंके”
👉 “सार्वजनिक स्थान पर फेंकने पर ₹50,000 का जुर्माना”

देश का हर कोना कूड़े से भरा पड़ा है — सड़कें, गलियाँ, पहाड़ी स्टेशन, tourist places।

Behavior change कानून से नहीं, बार-बार दिखने वाले reminder से आता है। जब हर पैकेट खुद बोलेगा “मुझे सड़क पर मत फेंको”, तब आदत बदलेगी।

मैं सभी सांसदों और विधायकों से अपील करता हूँ — इस प्रस्ताव को संसद और विधानसभाओं में उठाइए।

यह सिर्फ सफाई का मुद्दा नहीं, behavior change का मुद्दा है।

देश कानून से नहीं, आदतों से बदलता है।
और आदत बदलने के लिए… हर पैकेट को बोलना होगा।
