Unbelievable Pumpkin ๐ŸŽƒ Recipe -
Episode 1
These ๐ŸŽƒPumpkin Skewers will totally change your mind! Soft, melt-in-the-mouth, coated in a tangy-spicy sauce, and served on sticks like kebabs โ€” no one can believe theyโ€™re made from pumpkin.
These pumpkin kebabs are perfect as a party appetizer, tea-time snack, or vegetarian starter that will surprise everyone at the table. The best part? You can shape the mixture however you like โ€” skewers, cutlets, even patties โ€” but on skewers, they look extra fun!

PUMPKIN SWEWERS
Ingredients-
250gm Pumpkin
1 Cup Bread crumbs
1 Boiled Potato
1/2 Capsicum
1 medium onion
1 green chili
Coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes / or kuti lal mirch
1/2 tsp garam masala
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp Oil
1-2 tbsp Corn starch
Oil for frying
-
For coating sauce-
1 tsp Oil
3-4 Garlic chopped
1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp Mustard sauce
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
1.5 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Dissolve 2 tsp of corn flour to little water

These pan-fried mandu are golden, flavourful, and perfectly cooked with clean folds and simple filling.

Pan-fried dumplings like these make a great snack or quick dinner and donโ€™t need deep frying to taste amazing.

This Eid try something different, this super delicious dessert will woo your taste buds & your guests equally. They will be asking you for the recipe after just 01 bite.
Ingredients-
Thin seviyyan
1/3 cup ghee
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp Milk powder
For custard-
2 cups milk
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp custard powder
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup milk powder
Method:
Take some Seviyyan add ghee, powdered sugar & milk powder mix well, then switch on the flame & toast them. until color changes.
Layer this serving dish as shown in video.
Prepare the Custard Cream by adding cornstarch to milk & Custard in milk.
Finish it off by adding milk powder.
Now layer this on sevayyan than again custard than sevaiyyan than custard.

And decorate it with cashews.
Let it chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hrs or overnight.
Then enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹

Jalapeรฑo poppers are a little addictive snack that balances heat and creaminess just to the right levels. Theyโ€™re basically halved jalapeรฑos stuffed with a mix of cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sometimes bacon, then baked or fried until the peppers soften a bit but still have a crunch.
Here I have incorporated minced chicken with cheese cube slices. The cheesy chicken with mild peppery taste that woo your taste buds.

Ingredients-
250gm Jalapeno peppers / large green chilies
250gm minced chicken
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp red chili sauce
Cheese cubes
Oil for frying

Method-
To chicken mince add all the spices & keep it aside.
Wash the jalapenos & pat dry them.
Make a slit in the centre & with help of small spoon take out all the seeds from inside.
Stuff in the chicken mince then sliced cube cheese then again chicken mince.
Now first coat it flour then egg & then bread crumbs.
Coat twice bread crumbs for that nice thick coating.
Deep fry until crisp & brown.
Then enjoy .
