*Thinly grate the potato

* Soak in water for 5 minutes

* Take out the Potato and dry it

* Fry potatoes with cooking oil 140 140°C.

* Fry 4 minutes.

* Mix potatoes with cheese and chili powder

* Add dried parsley

* Cook Potatoes for 20 minutes

* Mash the Potatoes and add the seasoning

* Mix

* Put the Potatoes in a bag and squeeze it very thin

* Cut into sticks

* Fry with Cooking Oil at 140°C.

* Fry 7 Minutes.
