This vessel is deep and has a broad mouth, and since there are a wide variety of dishes cooked throughout the Indian subcontinent using the handi, their names vary too, symbolising its use – such as Chicken Handi, Handi Paneer, or Handi Komdi.
ingredients:-
1. Black pepper 8-10
2. Coriander seed 1tsp
3. Dry red chili 1
4. Cinemom stick 1
5. Black cardamom 2
6. Clove 3-4
7. Long pepper 2
8. Cumin seed 1tsp
9. Chicken 250gm
10. Onion 10gm
11. Oil
12. Bay leaf 1-2
13. 15gm Ginger garlic paste
14. Green chili 3-4
15. Onion paste (50gm)
16. Tomato Puree (40gm)
17. Turmeric powder 1tsp
18. Red chili powder 2tsp
19. Coriander powder 3 TSP
20. Salt as per your taste
21. Add water 1/2, cup
22. Curd 10-15gm
23. Coriander leaves
