The Ministry of MSME, Government of India, in association with the International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce (INCOC), successfully organized an *Entrepreneur Awareness & Special Vendor Development Programme (EA&SVDP)* on 13 May 2026 at Hotel Greater Ashok, Hisar, Haryana.

The program aimed to create awareness about various MSME schemes, especially the National SC-ST Hub (NSSH) initiative, and to promote participation of SC/ST and women entrepreneurs in public procurement opportunities. More than 100 existing and aspiring entrepreneurs from Hisar and nearby regions participated in the event.

The programme was graced by Chief Guest *Rachna Tripathi, AD, MSME DFO Karnal*, along with representatives from DMC Hisar, PNB, GeM, TReDs, NSCL, NPCL, SCIL, and RSETI.

Technical sessions provided valuable guidance on Udyam Registration, vendor registration, e-tendering, financial assistance, subsidies, and business growth opportunities.

Sessions were also addressed by INCOC National President *Sandeep Kumar (FCMA, CA)*, National Vice President *CA Sangam Aggarwal,* and Delhi Haryana Head *CMA Tarun Moitra*.

# Entrepreneur Awareness & Special Vendor Development Programme Successfully Organized in Bihta, Patna

The Entrepreneur Awareness & Special Vendor Development Programme was successfully organized on 28th April 2026 at MSME Technology Centre, Bihta, Patna, Bihar under the National SC-ST Hub initiative of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India. The programme witnessed an overwhelming response from entrepreneurs, industry stakeholders, and MSMEs across the region.

More than 150 MSMEs actively participated in the programme and gained valuable insights into vendor registration, public procurement opportunities, tender participation, financial assistance schemes, and business growth strategies. The event served as an excellent platform to empower SC/ST entrepreneurs and strengthen the MSME ecosystem in Bihar.

Senior representatives from National SC-ST Hub, New Delhi and Ministry of MSME, New Delhi were present during the programme and addressed the participants on various government schemes and initiatives designed for entrepreneurship development.

Representatives from leading Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) and institutions including EIL, SJVNL, NTPC, HPCL, IOCL, GeM Portal, and SIDBI conducted informative sessions and interacted with entrepreneurs regarding vendor onboarding, procurement processes, and business opportunities.

The entire programme was professionally managed and coordinated by International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce (INCOC). The presence of the National President, Bihar Head, and dedicated team members of INCOC added great strength and success to the event.

The programme concluded with positive feedback from participants, who appreciated the efforts made to connect MSMEs with major government buyers and financial institutions. Such initiatives play a vital role in promoting entrepreneurship, employment generation, and inclusive economic development in Bihar.

The International Navodaya Chamber of Commerce (INCOC) and the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, jointly organized a successful “Entrepreneur Awareness and Special Vendor Development Program” at the auditorium of Manorama Hotel, Gopalganj.

The Chief Guest, District Industries Officer and General Manager, Mr. Ayush Kumar, along with LDM Mr. J. K. Jamuwar, were present and shared their experiences. Sri I. A. Ansari, Senior Branch Head of the National SC-ST Hub Office, Bodh Gaya, provided detailed information to entrepreneurs about MSME schemes, while Sri Roshan Kumar shared insights about the GeM Portal.

The Founder of INCOC, Sandeep Kumar (FCMA, CA), shared information about INCOC and explained that the organization is working in collaboration with the Ministry of MSME, Government of India.

On this occasion, CMA Manoj Singh, Bihar-Jharkhand Head of INCOC, shared knowledge about TReDS. More than 150 MSMEs attended the programme.
