đ˘ Important Update: MCA Extends Deadline for DIR-3 KYC Filing
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has officially extended the due date for filing DIR-3 KYC and DIR-3 KYC-WEB forms from 30th September 2025 to 15th October 2025.
đ This extension applies to all Directors who were allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) on or before 31st March 2025 and are required to file their KYC for the financial year 2024â25.
đ Avoid DIN Deactivation: Directors who fail to file the KYC by the revised due date will have their DINs marked as âDeactivated due to non-filing of DIR-3 KYCâ and will be liable to pay a late fee of âš5,000 for reactivation.

Revised Due Date:
New Deadline: 15th October 2025 (Tuesday)
Mode of Filing: Through DIR-3 KYC (e-form) or DIR-3 KYC-WEB, as applicable.

Directors who have already completed the KYC for this year are not required to take any further action.
