🌧️ **Tragedy in Kishtwar, J&K** 🌧️

Heartbreaking news from Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir, where a massive cloudburst in the Chosoti/Chishoti area on the Machail Mata Yatra route has caused devastating flash floods and landslides. Multiple lives have been lost, many are injured, and numerous people are still missing. Langar tents and camps have been washed away, while roads are damaged, hampering rescue efforts. The annual yatra has been suspended, and rescue teams from NDRF, SDRF, police, and the Army are braving bad weather to save as many lives as possible.

My deepest condolences to the families affected by this tragedy. Praying for the safety and speedy recovery of the injured. Salute to the brave rescue teams risking their lives on the ground.

Let’s stay united and offer every possible support to the people of Kishtwar in these testing times. 🙏
