🚌 Wheels on the bus — Rhyme

📲 Share with parents who love turning rhymes into real learning.

🚌 Origin of the rhyme — (slide -1)

“The Wheels on the Bus” is an American folk song written by Verna Hills (1898–1990) of Boston, Massachusetts. The earliest known publishing appeared in the December 1937 issue of American Childhood, originally titled “The Bus”, with each verse ending in lines relevant to that verse.

🚌 Modern version — (slide-2)

Modern versions of the song change the lyrics in the seventh verse to say the daddies on the bus go “I love you”. This can be seen in the popular remake by the children’s show Cocomelon.

🌈 Parent Tip —
Use actions while singing — it boosts vocabulary, rhythm, memory, and attention.

📌 Comment “poem” if you want the lyrics of both the songs in your inbox.

🦋 It’s the journey and the process that shape a child — not just the final outcome.

📲 Share with anyone raising curious little humans!

🚀 Here’s how you can support that process every day ⬇️

💚 Let them explore freely
Give time for unstructured play. This is where problem-solving and creativity naturally grow.

💚 Offer hands-on activities
Playdough, puzzles, threading, stickers, pouring, scooping — these build patience, control, and hand strength.

💚 Encourage “try again” moments
Instead of correcting, guide them to find their own way. It builds resilience and confidence.

💚 Break tasks into small steps
Kids learn better when they feel capable at each stage. Small wins → big motivation.

💚 Celebrate effort, not perfection
Acknowledge how they tried, focused, or explored… not just how it turned out.

📌COMMENT— “process” and I’ll send you the exact list — what to do, how to do it, and how it helps your child.

♥️ Follow if you — want play-based learning, believe in early brain-building, love saveable, practical ideas.
