Headline: Unprofessional Experience: Misleading "Free" Offers & Exorbitant Charges

I recently visited Orion Orthopedic & Dental Care Centre (GK 1, New Delhi) and had a very disappointing experience. I was lured by their Facebook advertisement and a telephonic confirmation promising a "Free First Consultation and Free OPG X-ray." However, upon reaching the clinic, they charged me ₹1760. Charging for something that is explicitly marketed as 'free' is highly misleading and unprofessional. (Receipt attached as proof).
Furthermore, the treatment costs quoted to me were absolutely exorbitant. For a procedure that costs approximately ₹50,000 at other reputed dental chains like Clove Dental, Orion quoted me nearly ₹1,70,000.
Teeth Cleaning: ₹3,500
Single Tooth: ₹40,000 + ₹20,000 hidden charges.
A price difference of ₹1,20,000 for the same treatment is shocking. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in their billing. I strongly advise everyone to get a second opinion and compare prices before going here.

मेरा ओरियन ऑर्थोपेडिक एंड डेंटल केयर सेंटर (GK 1) में अनुभव बहुत खराब रहा। फेसबुक विज्ञापन और फोन पर मुझे साफ़ तौर पर बताया गया था कि "पहली विजिट और OPG एक्स-रे फ्री है"। लेकिन क्लिनिक पहुँचने पर मुझसे ₹1760 वसूले गए। जो सेवा 'फ्री' कहकर प्रचारित की जा रही है, उसके पैसे लेना सरासर गलत और अनैतिक है। (सबूत के तौर पर मैंने रसीद साथ जोड़ी है)।
इसके अलावा, यहाँ के रेट्स बहुत ज़्यादा हैं। जिस इलाज के लिए क्लोव डेंटल (Clove Dental) जैसे क्लिनिक में ₹50,000 का खर्च आता है, उसके लिए यहाँ ₹1,70,000 का एस्टीमेट दिया गया।
दांतों की सफाई: ₹3,500
एक दांत लगवाना: ₹40,000 + ₹20,000 एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज।
एक ही इलाज के लिए ₹1,20,000 का अंतर चौंकाने वाला है। मैं यहाँ की बिलिंग और पारदर्शिता से बिल्कुल असंतुष्ट हूँ। मेरी सलाह है कि यहाँ इलाज शुरू कराने से पहले दूसरी जगह रेट्स ज़रूर चेक करें।
