Day 3 at Yoga Teacher Training in Goa - AYM Yoga School

Between pranayama, self-practice, and moments of silence, I found myself asking:

Day 2 🌿

6 years later… I found myself waking up at 5:30 AM.

Honestly? I wanted to hit snooze and go back to sleep. 😭

But somewhere between the early morning alarm, deep breaths, yoga practice, and showing up for myself… I realized that growth doesn’t always feel inspiring.

Sometimes it just looks like getting out of bed when you don’t feel like it.

And today, I did exactly that. 🤍

I thought I came to Goa for a break…
but maybe I came here to meet myself. 🌿

Started my 200-hour yoga teacher training at and honestly…
I don’t know if this journey will break me or heal me.

But for the first time in a long time,
I’m slowing down… listening to myself… and starting again.

Bachelorette se leke wedding day tak, I saw you glowing, laughing, stressing, crying… and becoming the most beautiful bride inside out.
