I’ve realised that failure is not the end of the journey—it’s just a part of it. Every rejection teaches you something. Every setback pushes you to grow. And sometimes, the things you’re most afraid of are exactly the things you need to do to become who you’re meant to be.

The older you get, the fewer places you can exist without being judged.

We’re taught to earn our worth — grades, promotions, follower counts, “what do you do.” Somewhere along the way, existing became conditional on performing.

But nothing to prove is not the same as nothing to offer. It’s the version of confidence that doesn’t need an audience. And it’s rare because most people never stop long enough to find it — they’re too busy chasing the next thing that “proves” them.

Age doesn’t hand this to you. It just removes the noise until you’re left facing yourself — and realizing you were enough before the resume, the title, the metrics.
