August 29, 2006. The word `private' in the name of our Company was attached
with effect from the date of incorporation, In accordance with Indian
Companies Act 1956 (No. 1 Of 1956) that the company is limited. The
Registered office of the company is situated in national capital territory of
Delhi. The company has audited its
annual accounts from SK MIGLANI &
ASSOCIATES (CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS) on a regular basis following all
the accounting standards and complied all other legal formalities as
prescribed under companies’ act 1956. The company has maintained
proper records including quantitative details and situation of fixed assets. The fixed assets of the company are physically verified by the
management at annual interval. On the basis of last audited annual
accounts, No material fraud on or by the company has been noticed or
reported during the course.
