“The Constitution seeks to build an egalitarian, inclusive society where vulnerability is not a basis for exploitation, discrimination, or exclusion. Its transformative and activist dimension requires the State to provide special protection, support, and opportunities to vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, including women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, migrants, economically weaker sections, and people living in geographically or economically disadvantaged areas.
Thus, the constitutional goal is not merely formal equality, but substantive equality that brings vulnerable sections into the mainstream and ensures every individual can live with dignity, equality, and social justice.”- Rahul Sir
