Healthy Ragi Paneer Stuffed Paratha 🌾🧀 | Perfect Tiffin Idea 💛

सुबह की शुरुआत healthy हो तो दिन भी अच्छा जाता है ✨
Riyansh को स्कूल जाने से पहले मैंने milk दिया 🥛

🧾 Ingredients:

For stuffing:

Grated paneer – 1 cup
Finely chopped onion – 1
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste

For ragi dough:

Ragi flour – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – a pinch
Ghee – 1 tsp

For cooking:

Ghee – as required

👩‍🍳 Recipe:

1️⃣ Stuffing तैयार करें:
Paneer + onion + coriander + black pepper + salt mix करें ✔️

2️⃣ Ragi dough बनाएं:
एक पतीले में पानी + नमक + घी डालकर गर्म करें
Gas बंद करें, उसमें रागी आटा डालकर तुरंत spoon से mix करें (hands नहीं 👀)
ढककर 5–10 मिनट rest दें

3️⃣ Dough knead करें:
थोड़ा पानी लगाकर soft dough तैयार करें

4️⃣ Paratha तैयार करें:
Dough में stuffing भरकर stuffed paratha की तरह बेलें

5️⃣ Cook करें:
Tawa पर घी लगाकर दोनों sides से crispy होने तक सेकें 🤤

💛 Tiffin ready:
Ragi paneer paratha + peri-peri makhana + besan laddoo + ketchup
