"650 children. 650 hearts. 650 unheard stories… finally found a voice in Srinagar. ✨ At the Chinar Book Festival by National Book Trust, we witnessed something unforgettable— Children who were told to stay quiet, suddenly spoke through poetry. In their own language. Their own truth. Their own rhythm. The hall turned into a samvaad of emotions—where every word was a wound, a dream, a hope, a rebellion, a beginning. This is the power of Creative Arts. When expression becomes freedom. When language becomes healing. When a child realizes, “Meri awaaz bhi maayne rakhti hai.” ❤️

Through Rebine’s poetry-based session, we didn’t teach them poetry— We simply gave them space to feel, to express, to breathe, to become… Because when a child writes, they don’t just express. They transform. And transformation is where true education begins. 🤯

At the Capacity Building Workshop with Pratham at PACE Lucknow, we didn’t just talk about skills—we felt them.

Over 40 dedicated leaders came together. What unfolded was not a workshop.

✨ What happens when 40+ leaders step into a room... and are asked to play, act, and express instead of “train”?

Here’s what went down in Aurangabad 👇

We brought Rebine’s magic to a powerful Capacity Building Workshop with over 40 changemakers—community heads, state heads, cluster leads, and grassroots field members.

But this wasn’t your typical workshop.

🎭 Instead of lectures, there were drama games.
🎨 Instead of PowerPoints, there was art and storytelling.
🌀 Instead of “learning outcomes,” there was real transformation.

Leaders opened up.
They laughed. Reflected. Took off the ‘official hats’…
and put on the human ones❤️

Day 2 of Capacity Building with the Pratham team was alive with movement, music, puppetry, theatre, dance, and deep reflection.

We explored how creative arts can build capacity on every level:
🌱 As individuals – to express, reflect, and grow
🤝 As a team – to collaborate and empathize
🏢 As an organization – to lead with creativity and connect with the public

We didn’t just talk about life skills.
We experienced them—in the body, in the voice, in the stories we shared.

We began our final day with quiet reflection — a moment of stillness to turn inward.
Then, the kids drew themselves. And their parents? They drew how they wish to see them grow.
Two drawings. Two perspectives. A quiet contrast.
Through theatre performances, we brought these thoughts to life — showing how children experience school and home, and how they wish things could be.
A day full of insight, laughter, and connection — closing the week with open hearts and open minds. 💛
