At the Capacity Building Workshop with Pratham at PACE Lucknow, we didn’t just talk about skills—we felt them.

We explored something far deeper than training checklists.
We explored the core human capacity behind every role, every task, every relationship:

Over 40 dedicated leaders came together. What unfolded was not a workshop.

✨ What happens when 40+ leaders step into a room... and are asked to play, act, and express instead of “train”?

Here’s what went down in Aurangabad 👇

We brought Rebine’s magic to a powerful Capacity Building Workshop with over 40 changemakers—community heads, state heads, cluster leads, and grassroots field members.

But this wasn’t your typical workshop.

🎭 Instead of lectures, there were drama games.
🎨 Instead of PowerPoints, there was art and storytelling.
🌀 Instead of “learning outcomes,” there was real transformation.

Leaders opened up.
They laughed. Reflected. Took off the ‘official hats’…
and put on the human ones❤️

Day 2 of Capacity Building with the Pratham team was alive with movement, music, puppetry, theatre, dance, and deep reflection.

We explored how creative arts can build capacity on every level:
🌱 As individuals – to express, reflect, and grow
🤝 As a team – to collaborate and empathize
🏢 As an organization – to lead with creativity and connect with the public

We didn’t just talk about life skills.
We experienced them—in the body, in the voice, in the stories we shared.

🧠 We thought critically.
🎭 We felt empathy.

🎨 We discovered new ways to connect with children and communities.

Today was all about rhythm and voice — we learned songs with the guitar, clapped in chorus, and felt music as a team.
Then came a twist of fun: a blindfolded cat-and-mouse chase that had everyone laughing!
We ended the day with small improvs — honest, funny, and beautifully unexpected.

Today, our little artists turned sheets of paper into mirrors of their imagination — drawing and colouring themselves just the way they see (and feel) inside. 🎨🖌️

Then came the laughter: Follow the Leader, little dance breaks, and fun group games! 💃🎶
From forming fans in threes to flowers in pairs, the kids turned into living art — full of expression, teamwork, and joy 🥳💫

We began a beautiful journey with the little stars at through a 5-day theatre workshop in collaboration with Rebine – The Creative Art Company.

From expression walks to gesture games, number activities, and creatively introducing ourselves — the children brought the space alive with imagination, curiosity, and unfiltered joy. 🌈

And this was just Day 1, all about silly walks, loud names, soft giggles, and brave little hearts stepping into the world of theatre for the very first time.

No script, no stage — just pure joy and play.
