Summer Camp 2017
First Social Campaign: Cleanliness Drive at Hathoraram Park
The students and volunteers of SS Education undertook their first Social Campaign to spread awareness on Cleanliness.
Around 50 students/volunteers participated in the campaign. The age group of the participants ranged from 5-55 years!
We started at 06:00 AM from Gurdwara Sahib, and returned around 07:45 AM. The venue of the campaign was Hathoraram Park.
The walk/jogging track of the park was broom-cleaned, whereas the grass-area was hand-cleaned.
The participants were served Langar at Gurdwara at the end of the campaign.
And, sadh sangat ji, what a start it was to our summer vacation campaigns! The uncontrollable energy and absolute enthusiasm of the young hands and legs pushed the older ones beyond their limits! And by the time we finished, the sense of satisfaction, achievement and contribution was so every evident on the tired-but-smiling faces!

All those who participate in the campaigns will get Certificates from Gurdwara Sahib.
