A happy author is a blessing especially if he is a leading academic like Prof. Prem Kumar Khosla - who is a Post-Doc from University of Oxford, is the former Vice Chancellor of HP Agricultural University, former Scientific Advisor to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Founder Chancellor of Shoolini University, an institution which today figures at Second Rank after IISc (Indian Institute of Science), Bangalore in rhe Times Higher Education World University Ranking System.
