Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer. This role combines the skills of a social media strategist and a graphic designer to create and execute engaging social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
* Create and curate high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
* Manage and grow our social media communities, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.
* Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
* Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Graphic Design:
* Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media campaigns.
* Create eye-catching social media posts and stories that resonate with our target audience.
* Develop and maintain a consistent brand style guide for all social media visuals.
* Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics.
* Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their target demographics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
* Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with paid social media advertising.
* Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
* Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
* A strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
