As a Founder of an initial stage marketing company (), I work 7 days/week!!!

Yes, 7 DAYS/WEEK.

Whether you like it or not, The founder and the initial stage core team have to put their 200% if they really need to grow a company from 0 to 100.

Why?

The chances of growth and beating your competition increase by multiple folds!

How?

Imagine two scenarios:
(Let’s assume efforts= x)

Company A: Only a founder is putting in efforts (Total efforts= x)

Company B: The founder and 4 more core members are putting in the same efforts (Total Efforts= 5x)

Tell me, which company would likely succeed in growing fast and beating the competition?

Company B, of course!

Now, here’s the difficult part!

How do you keep them motivated and align with your vision?

These are the three things I’m doing to have my core team put in the same effort:
1. I continuously tell them where they will be after 3-5 YEARS.
2. You need to give them a STAKE when things actually start scaling.
3. Treat them as your family. YES, FAMILY!

Do you know why I said family?

I have always taken care of my team! And they also took care of me and the business when things were actually bad! I still remember that I had to pay 20-40% less to all members for 2 months. And yes, everyone understood the situation. It’s a blessing to have such a team!

It’s inevitable to not grow if you and your core team have the same long-term vision. Sooner or later, you’ll beat the competition and create a monopoly.

This post is specifically for the people who are not founders!

Why?

People think if they are not a founder or co-founder, it’s not worth it to put in that much effort!

Now, that’s where you are wrong!

If your vision truly aligns with the company, why not give your best efforts?

Even if the company fails, you’ll end up becoming a
- Hardworking
- Growth-oriented
- Visionary
individual.

Isn’t that worth it?
P.S. I’d like to take this moment to thank and .designs who have been an integral part of Sociowell and my initial journey when I was a solo freelancer. Forever blessed to have met you guys ❤️
