🍰 Cake Recipe & Assembly

Cake Base (Chocolate or Carrot Sheet Cake)
A rich, earthy sponge suits the garden theme.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder or 1 cup grated carrot
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup butter
2½ cups sugar
5 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a square pan.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

3. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet.

4. Bake for 35–40 mins. Cool and level.

Rich Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Dry ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tsp baking powder
1½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Wet ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Hot liquid
1 cup hot water or hot coffee (for deeper chocolate flavor)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F.
Grease and line two 8-inch round pans or one 9×13 pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Slowly stir in the hot water/coffee (batter will be thin).
Divide batter into pans.

🧁 Base (Biscuit)
• 200 g oat or graham cracker biscuits
• 100 g melted butter



🍰 Cheesecake Filling
• 400 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs (at room temperature)
• 200 g white chocolate (melted, cooled)
• 1 packet vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1 tablespoon flour or cornstarch



🫐 Blueberry Sauce
• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water



👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Base
1. Process the cookies in a food processor.
2. Mix with melted butter.
3. Divide into muffin tins and press down with a spoon.
4. Pre-bake in a 340°F oven for 8–10 minutes.



2️⃣ Cheesecake Mixture
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Add the eggs one at a time.
3. Add the cream, vanilla, and flour.
4. Add the melted white chocolate and mix.

➡️ Pour the mixture over the bases.



3️⃣ Blueberry Sauce
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan.
2. Remove from heat when thickened, then cool.
3. Drizzle over the cheesecake mixture with a spoon and swirl with a toothpick.



4️⃣ Baking
• Bake in a 320°F oven for 20–25 minutes.
• It's done when the center jiggles slightly.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup pureed cooked beets
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachios, finely ground

Directions:

Coffee Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Flecks Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate (finely chopped)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, mix together the heavy cream, whole milk, chilled brewed coffee, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk it all until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Take that delightful mixture and pour it into your ice cream maker, churning it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Method:

1. Chocolate Sponge
