यह प्रसन्नता की बात एवं प्रभु कृपा है कि गत् 4–5 वर्षों से तीव्र गति से साहित्यकार समूह प्रकाशन के साथ जुड़ रहा है और विभिन्न प्रदेशों के नवोदित एवं प्रतिष्ठित साहित्यकारों की पुस्तकें हिन्दी, अंग्रेजी, मैथिली भाषा में प्रकाशित हो रही है ।
प्रकाशन द्वारा पुस्तकों का प्रचार–प्रसार राष्ट्रीय समाचार पत्र ‘उत्कर्ष मेल’ एवं अन्य पत्रों के माध्यम से किया जाता है । सोशल मीडिया में प्रकाशन के साथ लगभग 2 करोड़ से अधिक साहित्यकार वर्ग जुड़ा है । उसमें भी पुस्तक को प्रचारित एवं प्रसारित किया जाता है । पुस्तकों का प्रकाशन आपसी सहयोग से किया जाता है । प्रकाशन द्वारा पुस्तक की ई–बुक भी बनवाई जाती है । जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप पूरे विश्व में पुस्तक उपलब्ध हो जाती है ।
लेखक एवं प्रकाशन के बीच अनुबंध होता है जिसमें स्पष्ट लिखा जाता है कि पुस्तक की hardcopy बिक्री से प्राप्त होने वाली राशि का तथा ebook से प्राप्त होने वाली राशि का आपस में किस प्रकार बांटा जाएगा ।
राष्ट्रभाषा के प्रचार–प्रसार एवं नवोदित साहित्यकारों को एक मंच प्रदान कराने के उद्देश्य से अनुराधा प्रकाशन द्वारा अनेक साझा काव्य एवं कहानी/लघु कथा विशेष प्रकाशित किए हैंं यह क्रम निरंतर चल रहा है । काव्य सुगंध –1, काव्य सुगंध –2, काव्य सुगंध –3 प्रकाशित हुए जिसमें देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से साहित्यकार कवि/कवयत्रियां जुड़े । इसके उपरान्त ‘काव्य कलश’ नाम से भी 2 साझा संकलन प्रकाशित हुए हैं । अंक–3 प्रकाशनाधीन है । लघुकथा कहानी–संस्मरण के 4 अंक प्रकाशित हो चुके है । सृजन सागर–1, 2, 3 कथा कौमुदि–1 तथा भाग–2 प्रकाशनाधीन है
