2026: Crossed 1 crore before 30.

2016: Cold outreach to companies. Every single one said no.
2026: Big brands reaching out asking, “When can we work together?”

2016: No campus placement. No guidance. Just an uncomfortable amount of ambition.
2026: Still figuring it out, honestly. But from Bangkok, with work I actually like.

The decade in between wasn’t a strategy.
It was picking industries before they peaked. IT in 2016. Product. Then content.

Staying long enough to get good. Moving when the ceiling showed up.
Mostly it was just refusing to let rejection mean no forever.

I’m not sharing this to flex. I’m sharing this because in 2016 I needed to know it was possible.

But if you’re choosing a remote career or looking for work-from-home jobs in 2026, popularity alone isn’t a good indicator of opportunity.

The remote job market is changing fast. 🤖 AI is reshaping careers in ways most people aren’t paying attention to yet.

For example, the future of a Project Manager may look very different from an Agentic AI Project Manager. The same goes for Product Management and AI Product Management.

At the same time, roles like AI-enabled Virtual Assistants, Social Media Managers (SMM), and professionals in Health Tech are seeing new opportunities emerge, while roles like Scrum Master face a very different landscape. 📈

That’s why I think looking at job titles alone can be misleading. Demand, competition, AI adoption, and industry growth all matter.
